New York Conference

41

When: Friday and Saturday, October 19-20, 2018

Where: The New School

Inspired by the Humanity in Action International Conference, the New York Conference is a regional gathering for Senior Fellows and friends of Humanity in Action.

We are focusing this year's New York Conference on "Social Justice in Public Health and Healthcare" to explore the current status of the United States Healthcare system, its potential and the pitfalls in between. As such a wide topic with equally as wide an impact on our lives, this conference will delve into three main categories of focus: social determinants of health, disadvantaged populations, and health insurance reform. The event will feature a variety of keynotes and sessions, as well as a Senior Fellow reunion dinner.

The conference is hosted by The New School for the sixth year in a row. More details on registration, speakers and schedules will be available in the coming weeks.

Thank You

Humanity in Action thanks The New School for its support of the 2018 New York Conference. Humanity in Action also thanks the many individuals who make the New York Conference possible through their contributions and volunteer support.
